Breath of the Wild Zelda 30th Anniversary Amiibo Give You Items In Breath of the Wild

Nintendo has now made its Zelda 30th anniversary amiibo available at stores and the company has also revealed how they will give you items in the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild game.

List of amiibo and what they do :

• 8-bit Link - random number of barrels (you may find rupees insdie).
• Ocarina of Time Link - random amount of meat.
• Toon Link - random amount of fish.
• Wind Waker Zelda - random selection of plants.

I think it's a great idea of the other tunics. Now you can get the other tunics of the heroes including the hero of twilight. In fact you can also get items past heroes had like the twilight bow. Now if you complete all of the (spoilers) shrines you get the botw tunics!

Let’s not also forget that these amiibo give you special costumes that are otherwise unobtainable in the game (such as the Tunic of Time if you use the OoT Link amiibo). And yes, those meat and fish and plants are very helpful if you actually use the amiibo every 24 hours. Just means a lot less grinding, lol
