[Dark Eevee]

I am looking for someone to create an icon for Youtube. I'd like it to be a black Eevee with red eyes, at night. I'd like it to be 800 x 800 px. I will credit the creator and I will pay 30 PC. Respond if you are interested.
If I am not satisfied, I will tell you what I'd like to be changed. I will only pay once the image is finished and when I'm satisfied with it.

Maybe make his red fur light grey and his eyes a bit of a darker red.
