Here's a little help, try capturing it, there's a 25% chance to get it from the rewards, so capture+shiny drops make it pretty likely to get at least one per run! There's also Zamtrios that gives it from body carves 10% of the time...
PS: Friendly advice, don't bother making any armor until near the Garuga urgent since the monsters aren't that hard before it. Just replace the waist of the starting armor with a different piece if you need to, preferably the Arzuros one for good defense and 3 slots and gem in one of the Village "Soul" skills of your choice and you are good to go!
