Gen 6 Is there a Move Tutor in Pokemon X/Y?

Since @dilawer finished the game, I bet he can answer this question. Is there a move tutor in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y? I'm not teaching certain moves to Pokemon that I taught HM moves but I want to delete the HM moves in the future so that the Pokemon can learn old moves.

Move Reminder (who reminds your Pokemon its own moves) is in Dendemille Town
Move Deleter (Who deletes all moves including HMs) is also in Dendemille Town.
