Many people know that ditto is the HOLY GRAIL of breeding. In XY, we had Friend safari and in ORAS, dex nav to get Ditto ith multiple IV's without hacking. This is how to get dittos with multiple IV's (without hacking).
What you'll need:
Pokemon that ONLY knows recycle (Munchlax can with heat scale but snorlax CAN'T)
Pokemon with Switcheroo and holding leppa bery (Alolan Persian and Dhelmise can learn it with heart scale)
Pokemon that ONLY knows memento (Litwick and alolan Muk can learn it though level up)
Powerful false swipe pokemon (Decidueye, Sneasel, and Absol can learn it)
Adrenaline orbs
What to do:
1: Find ditto at Mt. Hokulani (10 percent encounter rate)
2: Let Ditto turn into recycle mon
3: Use switcheroo pokemon to give it Leppa berry
4: Use false Swipe on ditto
5: Switch into memento pokemon
6: Use Adrenaline orb. This way, ditto will start an S.O.S chain.
7: Spam Adrenaline orbs till you find shiny or have killed 40+ ditto to guarantee 4IV's. The second ditto will always kill itself due to using memento.
NOTE: The major weakness with this is if you encounter a ditto with Imposter and it copys the memento pokemon, it will be impossible to catch since it will kill itself before you can catch it
