Love Live SIF Scouting

Okay so some people may know about this game but for those that play has anybody gotten lucky with scouting UR cards? I have 4 UR cards but 2 of them came from login bonuses and the other 2 are both Maki (no Kotori rip ) I want to hear other people's scouting turnouts, just curious...

wait what!? there is a Love Live game? I MUST SEE IT! I'm obsessed with the series. have a lot of figures and posters. is it for 3ds? If not, where do I get this?
